Kids Shipwreck Hunt Adventure at Riverlife!

Kids! Are you ready to walk the plank and search for a Brisbane marine vessel lying beneath the waters of the Kangaroo Point?

Grab a paddle and join us at Riverlife during the up-coming school holidays for an awesome shipwreck hunt in your very own kayak! We'll be searching for 'Myora', an Iron Steamship built in 1890's for marines to use in the Queensland Harbours and Rivers. The 'Myora' was said to be the most useful and handy vessel with her duties carrying her frequently north and south of the waters before being reported in 1956 to be 'lying derelict at Kangaroo Point', Brisbane!

Set sail for adventure and be the first to discover the shipwreck! Dress in your best pirate outfit and let's find 'Myora' together! Prizes won for the first to spot the shipwreck AND the best dressed pirate will win an adventure!

This adventure is best suited for kids between 8 and 18 years of age! Parents are welcome to come too! Beginners can come and no experience is necessary as each session involves full instruction, a safety briefing and all equipment.

This family fun adventure is worth planning, so book today - you don't want to miss this one! Minimum 8 years of age.

Don't forget to dress as a pirate, arrrg mateys!
