Accomodating 12 to 500 guests, we offer flexible and affordable venue hire and catering packages that will suit your needs and budget.

Riverlife Function & Wedding Packages

Riverlife offers you unique riverside venues for your wedding ceremony and reception overlooking the incredible Brisbane City skyline and river. Combined with our excellent service, your wedding day will be one of a kind!

Wedding ceremonies can be held in the same venue as your reception or in a different venue space. Should the ceremony be held in a different venue space, the ceremony must conclude by 3.00pm (availability upon application).

• Ceremony & Furniture Hire Package: $750.00
  

  Includes 1 hour venue hire for your ceremony at Riverlife. The ceremony will need to conclude by 3.00pm and guests are to leave the area by this time. The following furniture will be included in this package: red carpet, 20 covered chairs, clothed table and set up and pack down of furniture. Availability upon application.

• Ceremony & Furniture Hire Package (when reception is at Riverlife): $600.00
  

  Includes 1 hour venue hire for your ceremony at Riverlife. The following furniture will be included in this package: red carpet, 20 covered chairs, clothed table, set up and packed down of furniture.

  The ceremony may be held in the same venue hired for your reception or in another venue space. If the ceremony is in the same venue, the cost for the extra 1 hour hire will be $250 not including furniture and equipment. All guests will need to leave the ceremony area 3.00pm. Availability upon application.

Additional requirements for functions over 200 guests:

The following items are required and will be arranged by Riverlife (the client will be charged for this service):

• Additional professional cleaning charges post function

• Skip Bin

Additional requirements for functions over 250 guests:

The following items are required and must be arranged by the client:

• Security Guards

• Port-a-loos (depends on number of guests)

• For all functions over 250 guests disposable cups and cans MUST be used. No glassware allowed.

Parkland Wedding Ceremony Package: 

Take your vows on the banks of the Brisbane River in the natural surroundings of the Kangaroo Point Parklands. Choose a ceremony package that best suits you:

• Parkland Hire Only: $300.00
  

  Includes 2 hour parkland area hire.

• Parkland & Furniture Hire (with reception at Riverlife): $500.00
  

  Includes 2 hour parkland area hire plus furniture which includes a red carpet, 20 covered chairs and clothed table. Please note: This option is only available if you have your reception is being held at Riverlife using the All-in-One Package.

• Parkland & Furniture Hire Only: $650.00
  

  Includes 2 hour parkland area hire and furniture which includes a red carpet, 20 covered chairs and clothed table.
