Riverlife Activity Bookings

All Riverlife activity and functions bookings are non-refundable and must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings

For all timetabled adventure activities between 9.30am - 5.00pm (excluding private group bookings or bookings that include food and beverage) booking times and dates may be changed up to 2 days prior to the date of the booking. Please note: A $5.50 rescheduling fee (per person) will be charged for all changes to bookings.

For adventure activities before 9am or after 5.00pm (including private group bookings or bookings that include food and beverage) booking times and dates may be changed up to 7 days prior to the date of the booking. Please note: A $5.50 rescheduling fee (per person) will be charged for all changes to bookings.

Riverlife Venue Hire Bookings

All Riverlife Venue Hire Bookings are non refundable or transferable and must be paid for in full at the time of the booking.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are redeembale for any activity or package at Riverlife (no extensions granted).

Gift Certificates are non refundable and no portion of the gift certificate is redeemable for cash.

A $3.00 postage fee is charged per package dispatched (no charge is incurred if the gift certificate is picked up from Riverlife or sent electronically).

Indemnity Forms

Before participating in any Riverlife activity, all participants must sign a Riverlife Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years.

Age Restrictions

Participants must be 8 years of age or older to participate in all Riverlife adventure activities. For all night kayaking activities, participants must be 12 years of age or older.

Children under the age of 12 years of age participating in Riverlife rock climbing sessions must be accompanied by an adult to assist them in belaying.  If no adult is present, the child will not be permitted to rock climb with Riverlife.

Adverse Weather Conditions

Riverlife operates kayaking adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms and hail storms. All other adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions.

On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost. All bookings are non refundable.
