Riverlife's ‘All-in-One' package is flexible, convenient and affordable for every occasion!
When you hire a single venue your package will include:
Venue hire for 6 hours
(Sunset Marquee / Riverfront Deck / City Lights Marquee / Riverside Marquee / Cannon Room)Riverlife furniture and equipment
(Includes covered chairs and tables and chair sashes or cocktail furniture)Catering - Choice of Breakfast Buffet Menu, BBQ Buffet Menu or Canapés Menu (Additional Canapés Menus, Buffet Menus and Sit Down Menus are available at an additional cost)
- Crockery and cutlery
Bar and wait staff (includes corkage)
Bar service of client's BYO Alcohol
(Includes service of beer, wine, sparkling wine, soft drink, juice and water. Glassware is not included)Cold room hire for 6 hours
Fresh brewed tea and coffee and chilled water
Additional Information:
- A Security Bond of $1000 is required one week before the event
- This package requires the client to bring their own alcoholic beverages
- Special dietary requirements and/or vegetarian options can be catered for by Riverlife
- There is no on-sight parking at Riverlife for guests, band members or catering staff
- Client is responsible for set up and removal of decorations on the day
- Riverlife furniture is to be used at our venue.
Additional Costs (not included in the All-in-One Package):
- Glassware $1.00 per glass (approximately 3 glasses recommended per person)
- Mixing of Spirits $4.50 per person
- Tray / Table Service of Alcohol $4.50 per person
- Cloth Napkins $1.00 per person.
Additional requirements for functions over 200 guests:
The following items are required for all functions and events with over 200 guests:
- Strictly no glassware - disposable cups and cans must be used.
- Additional professional cleaning charges post function
- Port-a-loos (depends on number of guests)
- Security Guards
- Skip Bin.

- Fresh bread rolls and butter
- Tomato and barbecue sauce
- Queensland’s Lamingtons served with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
- Fresh brewed coffee, tea and chilled water
- Condiments and sauces.

Canapés Menu (1.5 hour Tray-Service)
This menu is designed to be served in small portions and enjoyed in a cocktail style setting.
The All-in-One Package allows you to choose 7 canapés selections from below.

- Torpedo Prawns in a light tempura batter cooked to a golden brown and served with aioli
- Thai vegetarian spring rolls served with ketchup bentang manis (V)
- Shitake mushroom & water chestnut samosas (V)
- Tempura chicken breast crackles served with American honey dijonaise
- Brisbane river meatballs melted mozzarella & chiffonnade of bacon in a mixture of premium ground pork and beef

- Salade Nicoise (with egg quarters, blanched green beans, steamed potatoes, tuna, tomato and cucumber mixed through fresh garden greens).
