Explore Brisbane in a fun and exciting way – Kick biking is a new mode of human-powered transportation! Developed as a fitness and cross-training device for elite Nordic Athletes, the kick bike is the original bicycle-scooter hybrid. The Kick bike is the ultimate adult version of the Scooter!

While the whole body gets a workout, the smoothness of rolling on two wheels protects knees, hips and the back from passive shock. They are a great alternative for people who may be a little unstable on a regular bike or have physical concerns.  A simple exercise that gives you running style results while having fun!

No experience required

No experience is necessary as each session includes instruction, a safety briefing and equipment check. Participants must wear and use the safety equipment provided by Riverlife. Safety equipment includes a helmet, Kick bike and bike lock (available upon request).
