Kick bikes are a great alternative mode of transport for people who may be a little unstable on a regular bike or have physical concerns. While the whole body gets a workout, the smoothness of rolling on two wheels protects knees, hips and the back from passive shock.  A simple exercise that gives you running style results while having fun!

Developed as a fitness and cross-training device for elite Nordic Athletes, the kick bike is the original bicycle-scooter hybrid. Call it a Kick Scooter, Scooter Bike, Footbike, Kick Bike or Penny Farthing scooter.  The Kickbike is the ultimate adult version of the Scooter. Kids have been having all the fun for far too long, and now it’s our turn.

Itinerary

Take a ride along the river, past the Kangaroo Point Cliffs to SouthBank, over the Goodwill Bridge and then onto off-path cycling through the Botanical Gardens and down to New Farm Park, before returning back to Riverlife.
