Meeting Room Hire

Riverlife offers two large, air conditioned meeting rooms which are located within the heritage listed Naval Stores in Kangaroo Point, namely the Mirrabooka Meeting Room and the Cannon Meeting Room.

These unique spaces captivate the beautiful views of the Brisbane River and city skyline and are perfect for your corporate meeting, workshops, seminars and/or team building days. We're only a five minute ferry ride from Eagle Street Pier!

Mirrabooka Meeting Room or Cannon Room: $660.00 per day*
Includes full day hire from 9am to 5pm, clothed tables, chairs, mints, chilled water and self-service tea and coffee throughout the day.

*Meeting Room Hire (per day) entitles hire between 9am-5pm. Night time hire will incur additional costs - price on application.

Corporate Meetings Menus

Choose from an array of our Corporate Meetings Menus to suit all tastes and budget. Includes choice of Breakfast Buffet Menus, Canapes Menus, BBQ Buffet Menus, Morning and Afternoon Tea and Light Meals selections.

BYO Beverage Packages

BYO Beverage Packages includes cool room hire (6 hours), bar service of client's BYO beer, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee and an esky during your meeting or event. We do not supply or offer any alcoholic beverage packages with corporate meetings packages.

The BYO option is required for all alcoholic beverages supplied at your meeting or event. The mixing of spirits and tray-service is an additional price.

BYO Alcoholic Beverages (Corkage): $8.50 per person

Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Riverlife to provide): $6.00 per person

Includes a selection of soft drinks, chilled water, tea and coffee

BYO Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package: $12.00 per person

Includes corkage for BYO alcoholic beverages (beer and wines only) and a selection of soft drinks, chilled water, tea and coffee

Glassware: $1.00 per glass

Approximately 3 glasses recommended per person

Team Building Activities - Break out for some ADVENTURE!

For a meeting or casual luncheon with a difference, venture out on the Brisbane River on a leisurely kayak tour or take on the Kangaroo Point cliffs for a rock climbing or abseiling adventure!

Each 2 hour session includes a guide, safety briefing, equipment (excluding rock climbing shoes) and bottle of water. No experience is necessary. Choose from kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, cycling or rollerblading!

Private Adventure Sessions:

Early morning or night private adventure session: $55.00 per person

Prior to 9am or after 5pm, minimum 8 people

Daytime private adventure session: $45.00 per person

Between 9am and 5pm, minimum 8 people

Add a bottle of water for each participant: $2.50 per person
