Riverlife respects the local community values and culture and has enhanced the location by providing easy access to the Brisbane River, Kangaroo Point Cliffs and Aboriginal culture.

Riverlife made over 150 separate donations to registered charity organisations. These donations range in value from $50 to over $1000 and include organizations such as:


Riverlife has also supported over one hundred community organizations and not-for-profit events, educational facilities, clubs, sporting groups and fund raising by local businesses by providing gift vouchers and adventures free of charge, these include:


Riverlife has held major ‘free of charge' (FOC) and discounted functions / adventures that benefit and respects the local community values and culture. Over $35,000 contributions (in value) have been made to the following organizations:

Riverlife also contributes to and supports local community initiatives by lecturing to schools, universities, TAFE colleges and industry forums, sitting on community panels (e.g. East Brisbane Livability Committee), travelling overseas with local traditional aboriginal performers, contributing to and supporting the Brisbane City Romp, the EKKA Trail, the Queensland Outdoor Recreational Federation (QORF) adventure procedures, Sundance Steps Out (Modern Dance program at Riverlife), active community programs and taking part in local industry planning and tourism committees.
